You need funds in your main wallet before you can play. This page explains how to add them, how long each method takes, and what to do if a deposit does not appear.

Depositing, step by step

1. Sign in and tap Deposit.
2. Choose your deposit method.
3. Enter the amount you want to add. Check the minimum and maximum shown on screen.
4. Complete the payment using the details or the payment page provided.
5. Upload your receipt if you are asked for one, then submit.

Your main wallet is credited once the payment is confirmed. You can check progress under History.

Deposit methods

• Online bank transfer. Transfer from your own online banking to the account shown on the deposit page. Use the exact account displayed for your session.
• DuitNow / QR. Scan the QR code shown and confirm the payment in your banking app.
• E-wallet. Pay from a supported e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Telco / prepaid reload. Available where shown on the deposit page; follow the on-screen instructions for the pin format.

The methods available to you depend on your region and are shown on the deposit page at the time you deposit.

Rules to follow

• Pay from your own account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be held pending verification.
• Use the account shown to you. Bank details can rotate; always copy them fresh from the deposit page rather than reusing an old one.
• Deposit the amount you entered. A mismatch between the submitted amount and the amount received slows down processing.
• Keep your receipt until the funds appear in your wallet.

How long does it take?

Most deposits are credited within a few minutes. Bank transfers made outside banking hours, or during an interbank delay, can take longer. If a deposit is still not showing after 30 minutes, contact live chat with your username, the amount, the time of the transfer and your receipt.

My deposit has not arrived

• Check History first — the deposit may be listed as pending.
• Confirm the money actually left your bank account.
• Check you paid the account shown on the deposit page, not an older one.
• If all of the above look right, send your receipt to live chat and our team will trace it.
