New to M99M? This guide takes you from registration to your first game in five steps. If you get stuck at any point, live chat is available 24 hours a day.

Step 1 — Create your account

Tap Register and enter your mobile number, a username and a password. Use your own name and your own bank account: withdrawals can only be paid to an account that matches the name on your M99M profile, so a mismatch will hold up your first payout.

Step 2 — Add funds

Open Deposit, choose the method you want to use, enter the amount and follow the instructions shown. Full details of each method are on the How to Deposit page. Your main wallet is credited once the payment is confirmed.

Step 3 — Pick a game

Browse the lobby by category — Live Casino, Slots, Fishing, Sport or Lottery — or use Favourites to jump straight back to games you have played before. Each provider runs its own selection of games.

Step 4 — Move credit into the game

Most providers use a separate game wallet. Before you can bet, transfer credit from your main wallet into the provider you want to play, using Transfer. When you have finished, transfer any remaining balance back to your main wallet so it is available to withdraw.

Step 5 — Play, then withdraw

Set a budget before you start and stick to it. When you want to cash out, return the balance to your main wallet and open Withdraw. Any bonus you have claimed must meet its turnover requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.

A few things worth knowing

• One person, one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances voided.
• Bonuses carry turnover requirements. Read the terms before claiming one.
• Leaving credit inside a game wallet does not lose it, but you cannot withdraw it until it is transferred back.
• Keep your password private. M99M staff will never ask you for it.
